Q7: What can participants expect from the wedding expo this year?

Answer:

Participants should expect a huge turnout because every year the wedding Expo continues to surpass our expectations when it comes to the turnout. This is mostly due to the excitement that the Wedding Expo has gathered as the years have gone by. A larger turnout equates to more reliable leads which is exactly what every participant needs. We strive to make sure we get the word out in every corner of Bulawayo about our Expo so that participants get their money’s worth.

Q8. What kind of questions will wedding vendors be asked during the expo?

Answer:

Wedding vendors should be ready to be asked on their pricing , terms and conditions for their services, any discounts on offer, extra services that they offer. Other questions asked will depend on what the service provider specialises in.

Q9: What advice would you have for new businesses looking at doing their first expo?

Answer:

Make it worthwhile! How do you do that? Focus a lot on marketing and getting the word out. Use all the platforms that are to your disposal, social media, banners, radio, newspapers etc. Most businesses make the mistake of looking at it as a profit-making event more than it being worthwhile for visitors and participants. As Green Gardens we enjoy the satisfaction of having thrown yet another successful Wedding Expo more than how much we make out of it.
