A lot of planning & attention to details goes into making a wedding day the most memorable day in a couples life. Since planning a wedding can be quite grueling, we have Zimbabwe wedding planning packages designed to help you through the planning process.

Zimbabwe Wedding Planning Packages

We have 4 wedding planning packages. All packages are designed to meet you at your point of need and alleviate any of the pain points or challenges that you might be experiencing as you plan your wedding.

Full Wedding Planning Package

Starts from USD250 for 100 guests

With the Full Wedding Planning Package, we are there with you right from the very beginning. Typically we enter the scene 8 months prior to your wedding day. We meet with you for an initial wedding consultation to get to know you better and to fully understand the vision that you have for your special day.

This package is also inclusive of the following:

• • Unlimited Phone calls, emails or WhatsApp messages. We are on speed dial from the moment you secure our services. You can contact us anytime within working hours to discuss your event or to address any questions that you might have.

• • Initial meeting to discuss your wedding day vision and ideas. We meet with you to discuss your vision for your wedding & wedding budgets etc. If you are in Zimbabwe, we can have this meeting and any subsequent meetings via WhatsApp call, zoom or voice call.

• • Site visits. We conduct site visits to the wedding venue on your behalf if you aren’t in Zimbabwe or we go with you if you are in Zimbabwe.

• • Wedding Day Timeline Creation & Management. We create a wedding day timeline that will be used as the blueprint for your wedding day. We aim to be as detailed as possible to avoid glitches that can ruin your wonderful day. This ensures that everyone -wedding vendors, bridal party & wedding guests know what to expect and adhere to your vision for your big day.

• • Custom Seating Plan Design. You know your wedding guests best. You know who should sit with who and who absolutely shouldn’t! We work with you to design the table layout & seating plan that is functional, aesthetic & well thought out to ensure smooth flow of activities. Once this is finalized, we distribute it to your wedding vendors for easy execution.

• • Wedding Vendor Recommendations. We have been in the wedding industry of over ten years and with that comes a wealth of knowledge regarding Zimbabwe wedding vendors. We curate custom wedding vendor recommendations based on reliability, professionalism, your particular style and wedding budget.

• • Wedding Vendor Contract Signing & Review. Once wedding vendors have been finalized, we assist you with securing your wedding vendors. This includes making payments and signing contracts. We review all your contracts on your behalf to ensure that your interests have also been protected so you can book your wedding vendors confidently.

• • Decor & Catering Equipment Rental Coordination & Management. Equipment hired from other weddkng vendors needs to be secured on time, needs to be in good condition, needs to arrive at the venue on time & will need to be returned after the wedding has ended. We assist you with all these processes. We secure equipment rental companies and coordinate your booking to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

• • Helping Hands From Set Up To Clean Up. We will get our hands dirty to ensure that you have your perfect wedding. The full wedding planning package is inclusive of 10 hours of onsite coordination. During this time, we take care of your setup, manage your whole event, help with packing and returning equipment etc. Our ultimate goal is for you and your guests to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest without worrying about tasks that have to be executed.

• • Budgeting. We help you create a budget for your wedding day that will not leave you stressed or worried. Once a budget has been created, we work towards streamlining costs, negotiating better prices with wedding vendors and cost reduction were possible.

Partial Wedding Planning Package

Starts from USD200 for 100 guests

This is ideal for you if you have Already done some ground work related to your wedding day. You might have completed certain aspects of your wedding planning and require less assistance than a full package.

This package enables you to be more hands on with your wedding.

This package is inclusive of all the services provided for in the Day of Wedding Coordination package. However, it differs from the Full Wedding Package in the depth or extent to which we will be involved in the planning.

With this package, we come on board at least 4 months before the wedding. This package includes:

• • Initial meeting to discuss the wedding and what the couple has done to date.

• • Reviewing wedding budget

• • Reviewing wedding contracts

• • Reviewing seating plans

• • Reviewing wedding timelines

• • Unlimited phone calls & WhatsApp messages

Day of Wedding Coordination Package

Starts from USD150 for 100 guests

This package is for the DIY couple that has handled everything regarding their wedding from booking wedding vendors to budgeting and navigating wedding vendor contracts.

Everything is now in place and all you want is peace of mind on your wedding day. You do not want to be talking to wedding vendors, checking to see if everything is in place or if the caterer is on track. Your focus is on enjoying your big day to the fullest.

With this package, we come on board 6 weeks before the wedding day. The package is inclusive of the following:

• • Initial meeting to discuss what the couple has done to date

• • Run through of what the couple envision for their wedding day

• • Creating a wedding day itinerary or program for the wedding. This also includes planning the itinerary for the wedding party I.e. planning photoshoots, meals etc.

• • Site visit with the couple to view the wedding venue

• • Creating a checklist for wedding vendors which is inclusive of a timeline for the day

• • Managing the setup of the ceremony and reception areas (has everything been setup in accordance with the couple’s desires?Did the florist bring the correct flowers? Is the cutlery the correct color?)

• • Management of the wedding day. While you are getting hitched and enjoying yourself, it is my job to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Working hand in hand with your Master of Ceremonies, I will make sure that the program is running on time and in order

• • I will be the Wedding Day Point of contact for the wedding guests, bridal team and wedding vendors, addressing any concerns or questions and solving challenges that might arise

Pocket Planning Package

Starts from USD75 for 100 guests

You can call this package your encyclopedia or consultant package designed for the DIY bride who wants someone to talk to when making decisions or when needing help navigating contracts, looking for wedding vendors or locating a particular wedding service or product.

Picture this: I will be just like your best friend who has wedding planning experience + wedding industry know how.

My services will include:

• • Initial wedding phone call to discuss your wedding vision, timelines, tasks & areas you would like assistance with

• • Unlimited phone calls & text messages

• • Decoding wedding vendor contracts

• • Sourcing wedding vendor details, contact information, reviews etc

• • Giving expert advice as and when necessary

How Much Do Wedding Planners Charge in Zimbabwe?

This is probably the question that you have at the top of your mind. Under each wedding planning Package above, you will see that we have included the minimum charge for each package. Our wedding planning packages typically do not go below this figure unless there is a sale Or discount for booking within an indicated time frame. The maximum amount to be charged for our wedding planning services will be determined by various factors such as: complexity of wedding vision & requests, wedding budget, amount of time available for planning the wedding, wedding location/ venue, logistical issues and transport costs.

How To Secure Wedding Planning Services

As soon as you reach out to us to discuss your wedding day, we will follow the following steps:

1. Engage in a preliminary phone call (maximum 10 minutes) to get to know you better, discuss your wedding day vision and budget

2. Schedule a date for an in person meeting. If you are unable to meet in person, we can arrange a virtual meeting via WhatsApp, Zoom or any other platform that is convenient for all parties involved.

3. After the meeting, we will email or WhatsApp message you a detailed quote for our services

4. Once you approve the quote, you pay a non refundable 40% deposit to secure your wedding date. The remaining 60% balance can be paid in installments.

5. We send you our wedding contract which should be returned signed upon payment of the deposit.

6.The remaining 60% balance should be paid in full one month prior to the wedding date.
