Zanele Nkomo Matsveru the founder of Zah Cakes epitomizes the saying “where there is a will, there is a way”. Despite being involved in a car accident in 2021 which left her disabled, she has continued to soar to greater heights in the Zimbabwe cake industry. At one point, she had to work whilst using a chair And using only one hand but this did not deter her from baking and decorating not only one tier birthday cakes but 10 tier wedding cakes.
