2.How did you choose your name?: The name “TIPA” represents the core values of our company: Teamwork, Innovation, Passion, and Attention to detail.

3. Tell us more about your products & services: We offer a range of services to couples planning their weddings. These services include event planning, coordination, and management, marketing and advertising solutions, MC and DJ services, dancers and choreographers, PA system rentals, and custom t-shirt printing and receipt book printing.
4. Where are you located?: We are located in Harare, Zimbabwe
5. What propelled you to start your business?: We saw a gap in the market for a full-service event planning and management company that also offered marketing and advertising solutions.

6. What drives you or motivates you?: Our clients’ satisfaction and happiness drive us. We are motivated by the desire to create events that exceed our clients’ expectations and leave a lasting impression.

7. What do you enjoy the most about this industry?: We enjoy the creativity and flexibility that comes with event planning and management. Every event is unique, and we love the challenge of bringing our clients’ visions to life.
8. What is the highlight of your business journey to date?: The highlight of our business journey has been the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and create events that have left a lasting impact on their lives.

9. How did you start your business?: We started our business by identifying a gap in the market, developing a business plan, securing funding, and building our team and client base.

11. Any advice for couples planning their special days?: Our advice would be to stay organized, prioritize what is important to you, and enjoy the journey.

12. Any advice for aspiring wedding vendors who might want to follow in your footsteps?: Our advice would be to identify your niche, develop a strong business plan, and always prioritize your clients’ needs.
13. How do you unwind after a busy period?: We unwind by spending time with our loved ones, exercising, and practicing mindfulness.

14. Please share your best marketing tips/ lessons that you’ve learnt in business: Our best marketing tip is to always prioritize social media marketing and to use high-quality visuals to showcase your products and services.
15. Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?: In 10 years, we see ourselves as a leading event planning and management company with a global presence.

16. Can you tell us a time when you faced challenges in your business and how you overcame the challenges? One time we faced a challenge was when a client cancelled their event at the last minute. We overcame this challenge by staying calm, communicating effectively with the client, and offering alternative solutions.
